HEY! HEY! Welcome to MY Page!

My name is Izabella Roslyn Kerr and I am soooooooo happy to know you! I am a Chocolate American Cocker Spaniel.
No one knows how old I really am; The vet guesses around 8. No one knows when my birthday is so we use my
adoption date. November 11th! I was adopted from the Norfolk Virginia Humane Society by my Mommy and Daddy. I
have a brother too I just want to snuggle uggle him to pieces!

I am SO glad I got the family I did. My new family loves me and treats me soooooooooo good. My old family abused
me and neglected me and eventually turned me in to the pound becasue they didn't want me any more. BOY AM I
GLAD!!!! I really lucked out with this bunch! They take such good care of me. I am blind in one eye, missing a few teeth
and the rest are badly damaged and I am small for my breed. The vet says it is all a result of starvation and
malnutrition as a puppy and abuse throughout my life.

Now I live inside, get baths and don't have big knots pulling at my skin and making me itch and stink anymore. I used
to be VERY afraid of anything and everything. I would run, cry and cower even if someone tried to pet me. I rarely do
that anymore. My life now is all smiles and wags! I am the happiest and sweetest little dog you will ever meet. I am
working to put all that behind me and just be soooo glad to be part of this new family.

Aside from my immediate family I also have a grandpa (Dave). He gives me SO many treats I don't know what to do!
Sometimes I carry them off and hide them so I can eat them later. I can always con him out of more by dancing around
or making little bird noises. Dave thinks it is cute but, my Daddy hates it! He tells me not to beg for food. He likes
treats too! I also have a Grandpa Ron who lives in Indiana. He makes things out of dead animals and used to play the
JAZZ FLUTE for a little band called Jethro Tull!!! AWEsome!

Once I got grounded for the rest of my life for stepping in his icey cold, delicious Dairy Queen Raspberry
Milkshake... Then I flung it all over the inside of the car.Other than a few small incidents like that above mentioned "Milkshake Affair" I am a very good girl. I rarely bark and am leash trained very well. I did go through a phase of trying to escape everytime the door was open but, now I can go out and potty all by myself. I will come right back in when I am
done. I love this family why would I ever want to leave!?!?! What was I thinking?!?!!?

I get to play all the time and I get pretty dresses and toys! I LOVE toys!!! I have rope bears and a stuffed lion and balls
with feet that my Daddy bought me. Sometimes I do get a little greedy though and steal my brothers toys. He doesn't
like it but, I think it's funny! He tried to hide in Dave's room but, he doesn't have a super-cool pillow fort like I do. I made
it out of a chair and a bodypillow in my Mommy's room. It is my favorite place to be in the world!
